Enrique Mendoza Winery

For this tasting I will be focusing on wines from the Enrique Mendoza winery located in Romeral, Alicante. I am a huge fan of this winery I would love to introduce you to their wines. I´ll walk you through four of their wines and I discuss the vinification process and what makes this winery and wine region so special.

Italian Wine Tasting

For this tasting we will be diving into the world of Italian wines. We'll be starting off in the Veneto wine region and finishing up in Sicily. We'll be going over the common italian regions and grapes and learning about the different vinification processes. We'll be tasting four different wines starting off with Prosecco! Per favore unisciti a noi!

Rosé Wine Tasting

A week before summer begins we'll be exploring rosé wine to ring in the warm season. We'll be learning about the different rosé styles and grape varietals used to make rosé wine here in Spain. It's a great way to enjoy an evening of rosé wine and learn about what kind of rosés Spain has to offer so you can make a better informed decision when ordering a glass on a terrace this summer.

Spanish Pinot Noir

If you are a lover of Pinot Noir like me, come join this tasting where we will be focusing on four different Pinot Noirs from four different wine regions in Spain. Although Pinot Noir does well in cool climates, there are some surprisingly lovely Pinot Noirs here in Spain that are dying to be discovered! We are throwing Tempranillo out the window and bringing in the Pinot Noir, bring it on!
