Wine Guide Madrid

Wine Guide Madrid is ran and operated by me, a bubbly Los Angeles native that has been living in Madrid for 20+ years. I have been a wine enthusiast for all of my time here in Spain and I am a WSET trained wine connoisseur. I am continually training and am very active in the Spanish wine world. I attend wine tastings and wine events on a weekly basis and continue to study winemaking, wine trends, wine regions, new wineries, old wineries, and just about anything wine. My passion for Spain and its gastronomy and wine have been consistent throughout my over two decades of living here and only continues to grow.​

My enthusiasm for wine stretches beyond Spanish borders as I continually learn, taste, and look for new wines to discover from all over the world especially French, Italian, and South African wines.​  As a former teacher I have the skills and ability to explain and show all of my guests on my tours all about the different kinds of wine, grapes, winemaking styles, wine regions, and wine myths in a comprehensive and concise manner where everybody walks away having learned and enjoyed themselves.      

 

Wine Guide Madrid only works with small groups and all tours are meant for guests who are looking for a personalized touch to get to know the wine world in Spain. I have personally established and maintained all relationships with the wineries, tapas bars, and wine shops that are all small family owned businesses that are inline with how I also conduct business. These tours are not meant for guests who are looking for large groups or tour buses to squeeze several activities in a short period of time.
